Refund Policy

The 3.5 Doubles Fix comes with a 14-day "Drill It or Refund It" guarantee. If you put in the work and do not see results, we will refund your purchase in full.

Our guarantee

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. We ask that you make a genuine attempt to use the system before requesting one. This means completing at least one session from the 8-Week Doubles Map.

We stand behind this product. If it does not work for you after a real attempt, you should not pay for it.

How to request a refund

Email us at thedoublesfix@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase with:

• The email address used at checkout
• Your order number
• A brief description of what you tried and what did not work

We will process your refund within 5 business days. The amount will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

What is not covered

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

• Requests made after 14 days from the date of purchase
• Purchases where no attempt was made to use the product
• Duplicate purchases (contact us and we will resolve it)

Digital product notice

The 3.5 Doubles Fix is a digital product delivered by instant download. Because access is granted immediately upon purchase, we rely on your honest use of the 14-day guarantee rather than a standard return process.

EU consumer rights

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. By completing your purchase and accessing the download, you acknowledge that delivery has begun and agree that the standard EU withdrawal right is replaced by our 14-day Drill It or Refund It guarantee, which provides equivalent protection.
